Q: What does a typical visit include?

A: Our fee is based on the length of the visit. Clients have a variety of requests for what they would like their visit to include.  The visit is tailored to your preference. We walk, run, play, feed, water, scoop, etc. This is determined at our initial meeting so we know exactly what your pet needs to make his/her day.

Q: Are you Licensed, Bonded and Insured?

A: Yes, Make My Day Please, LLC is licensed, bonded and insured. Our sitters are professional and experienced. Background checks are mandatory for all sitters.

Q: Do I get to meet my sitter and/or will I have the same sitter?

A: Yes, a primary sitter is assigned to your pet. You will meet the sitter and have the contact information. When your primary sitter is on vacation we have the back up sitter shadow a visit and also offer you the opportunity to meet the back up sitter at no charge.

Q: I will be going out of town. Can you take care of my pets overnight?

A: Yes. Make My Day Please, LLC,  offers overnight pet care services (in your home), and this is a great kennel alternative. Overnight service is 12 hours. We also offer house sitting if you prefer that the sitter stay at your home while you are away. Q: What happens if my pet gets sick while I am away?

A: We are trained in Pet CPR and Pet First Aid. All of our sitters carry a pet first aid kit. All clients fill out a Veterinary Release Form.
